Since its establishment in 1993. engineering office "TERAS" deals with the design of reinforced concrete and metal structures, infrastructure sites, suspended facades, as well as consulting in the field of engineering structures. "TERAS" Ltd. works successfully in three main areas of structural design: Infrastructure design – in the design of a number of facilities / road and railway. bridges, viaducts and overpasses / on significant infrastructure sites. Public and private buildings and facilities – from single-family homes through multifunctional buildings to stadiums and grocery store chains. Facade engineering - aluminum suspended facades and structures of a number of emblematic buildings in Sofia and the country. The company is involved not only in projects, but also in the overall engineering during their implementation, as in recent years more than 90% of the designed sites are realized.
